Questions
How does the free trial work?
Request a trial with your work email and we’ll send your invitation within one working day. You get 7 days with Professional features. The trial doesn’t turn into a paid plan automatically: you’re only charged if your company signs a subscription with us. If you don’t continue, you can still download your supplier list for 30 days, after which your data is deleted.
What is the founding customer offer?
Our first 10 paying customers get 25% off Essential or Professional, locked for their first 2 years: AED 3,000 instead of 4,000 a year for Essential, and AED 9,000 instead of 12,000 for Professional. After 2 years, the list price applies. From year two, the standard annual price applies.
Why annual billing?
ICV is a yearly cycle, from supplier choices through to your certificate renewal. An annual plan covers the whole cycle, and we invoice once a year.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. If you outgrow Essential, you can move to Professional at any time and we’ll adjust your invoice for the rest of the year.
Is this an official ICV certificate?
No. Certly helps you estimate and plan your ICV position using MoIAT’s published guidance and certified supplier directory. Your official ICV certificate is issued by an accredited certifying body. Certly is not affiliated with or endorsed by MoIAT.
Where is my data stored?
